The apartments are all very spacious, ranging from 70 to 120 sq. m., and are furnished with a warm and elegant style: floors in terra cotta tiles, exposed beams, wooden old and modern furniture and all types of comforts.
A large garden surrounds the apartments where olive trees and cypress grow and where there is a wonderful swimming pool available for guests to use.
The apartments are equipped with sheets and towels. The kitchenette has plates, glasses, pots and silverware.
The apartments are for four persons and for six persons.
Each apartament has a private entrance and a private parking space.

From North or South coming from the A1 Highway Milan-Rome, exit at Firenze Certosa, take the Firenze-Siena freeway and exit at San Casciano Val di Pesa. Keep right and take the Cassia (SS1 Cassia) towards San Casciano VP, after about 2 km at the entrance of the town, you'll find a roundabout, turn right towards Empoli-Cerbaia.
After about 3 km in the direction of Empoli, you will see the junction with Via Sorripa on your left. Continue straight (for about 150 meters) then turn right and follow for 600 meters the dirt road until the end.
From Siena (km 60): The Siena-Florence freeway exit at San Casciano Val di Pesa. Turn left (SS1 Cassia) heading towards San Casciano Val di Pesa. After approximately 2 km at the entrance of the town, turn left towards Empoli-Cerbaia. After about 3 km in the direction of Empoli, you'll find the junction to Via Sorripa on your left Continue straight (for aboutt 150 meters) then turn right and follow for 600 meters the dirt road until the end.
From A12 Genova-Livorno: from the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno freeway, exit at Ginestra Fiorentina. Bear right towards Cerbaia. On reaching Cerbaia VP go towards San Casciano VP .After about 4 km the left immediately , you'll find the junction with Via Sorripa on your right , continue straight (for about 150 meters) then turn right and follow for 600 meters the dirt road until the end.
